Did you by any chance pay through PayPal if I may ask?

If you cancel through bisect, PayPal has a tendency to ignore the request from bisect and continue to deduct money. You’ll have to go to PayPal yourself and remove the recurring payment. Staff can issue a refund if you’re within 24 hours of the charge
