Getsockopt error?

How do I fix getsockopt error for my isle of berk modpack server? Ive tried messing with all my network settings and nothing works? If theres no way to fix this where do I request a refund on my server

Get socktopt usually either means the server isn't fully started or isn't responding to ping. If the server says it's online on the control panel, please head to the console tab and type debug ping

Oh okay sorry, but I tried doing the debug ping thing, it says the server isn't started yet, how long should it take to start it? Cuz it never said starting for this long

it says its starting for 5 minutes now, is that normal...

If it's starting for the first time a modded server can take longer than 5 minutes to start, yes!

Is there a set amount of time that if surpassed, should get me to start worrying?

If the console stops spitting out new lines, or the server seems to be repeatedly crashing, but it's not unheard of for modded servers to take over 15 minutes to start :)

Exact same issue here just bought a server - it's been up for 5+ minutes, same error

@regal sapphire when you head to the homepage of the control panel, under installed could you click swap jar and then on the page that comes up hit the reinstall button?

thats why the server restarted

Yeah! I'm just trying to see if there's something wrong with the install thats available on the panel or if it's just an install gone wrong
