Server Relocation Not Loading

I relocated my Minecraft server to us-west and its been on this screen for about a half hour now. Is this normal? Thanks!

When you click to start the server move, in the confirmation it says it will take 1-3 hours, but for larger servers (bigger file size) it can take longer than that. So yes, it's normal that after half an hour it's not done! :)
