As soon as my data plan expired, I downloaded the server files to my PC. However, it came in a format I don't know how to use. Could someone help me?

Those would be zipped. Use a program like WinRAR or 7-zip to "Extract" or "Unzip" the folder.

The winRar (the second file shown in the original screenshot) would be the one that could extract. What game is this for?

Oh my God... Girl, when I extract the WinRAR file, it gives me this file. It's a backup of one of my servers, which I installed before my plan expired. It has the world, the buildings, and all the server files. And I want to separate them.
