Need to downgrade All the Mons to 0.3.0, but how?

Not manually, no. I thought the server may have done that automatically before upgrading :/

Server's make a daily backup, but there isn't an automatic one when changing/upgrading Jars.

Since the Jar Menu only keeps the latest version of modpacks, you can manually install the older version.

You can try uploading your current world file, but depending on what was updated and what broke, it might not work.

If that's the case, you'll need to grab an older version of your world from one of the daily backups.

We didn't play on the 0.4.0 long, probably 5 minutes until someone noticed their party was gone. If I upload the world file, does that include everyone's progress?

Gotcha. Chances are that world save is no-good if you try to use it on an older version then.

I would suggest looking at the backup manger and see if you have an automatic backup from before you updated the server. You might lose a little progress depending on when it was taken, but like I said they get made daily.
