go to support at the top of your panel and down at the bottom there is a ticket form as well

The fact that I had to come to discord to find out the servers was down instead of the dedicated server status page is sad

There should be a red banner on the top of your server page that mentions it 
We sent that out a fair bit ago, at least you know another solid place to find info.,

The banner said nothing but having trouble connecting your server right now try again later and the server status page still says nothing is wrong

What if you were on your control panel for your server? I'll bring up that though for the team in the back right now.

Control panel won’t even load, just keeps giving the code 504 and won’t load any other server settings tab

504 shouldn't be happening, I'd recommend trying another browser/incognito tab to see if that's a caching issue. However none of the settings would load because of the aforementioned outage so that's at least "accurate".

Because according to the type chart, Dallas is weak to ice damage
But for real, I don't have a super 🤓 answer for ya, but we do have people on it and slapping the servers as hard as they can to get it back online.

Apparently the infrastructure in Dallas (the city) can't handle the cold.

Yeah as soon as its back up ill be swapping to Chicago..99% of all my servers were Chicago before and never had an issue.
