Hi there!
Try logging out of the panel and back in, it might be automatically logging in with old credentials (from an old/another account) which isn't the correct one for the server you're trying to access. Deleting the cache/cookies from the website etc could help, or logging in on a different browser that hasn't been used for the site before.
If none of those work, ticket staff can take a look.

That's right, there was a problem with logging in, but after connecting the account via billing acc, everything works, thank you for your help

Xaeros minimap is a client-side mod so you don't actually need to put it in the server files. It only needs to run on your PC.

Adding mods doesn't work like that on Minecraft unfortunately. When players join, they don't auto-download the mods.
They have to have the mod installed on their own computer first.
