Hello! For subscriptions, some banks will forward the new card details to providers. Banks assume you might not want to miss a payment on something existing just because your card updated.
For billing issues, you'll need to send in a support ticket. They can take a look if the server got properly canceled and help from there.

When I try to open a support ticket it just reloads the page
