Subject: Cannot reset instance after switching from Paper to Forge
Message:
Hi,
I switched my server from Paper to Forge/NeoForge (1.21.1) and installed a CurseForge modpack during setup.
The instance is now stuck and crashes on startup even with an empty /mods folder.
The panel does not show the option to Create New Instance under Swap Instance.
I already upgraded to 5GB RAM.
Could you please reset / redeploy the instance or create a fresh instance for me?

Looks like it is missing a lot of datapacks and thus causing the server to crash on boot. Do you want a fresh instance with the current modpack installed?

Alrighty! The instance is good and the modpack is installed, server is up and you're good to go on an adventure. I will however suggest upgrading your RAM as it is basically capping out just booting up the server.

Hi,

I would like to request a refund for my server.

I tried to set up a modded server with the help of support, but the process became increasingly complex and stressful, with repeated technical limitations, version issues, and resource constraints.

Even after paying and following all the steps, the service did not meet my expectations, and I’m not in a position to continue paying for additional upgrades or changes just to make it usable.

At this point, I would prefer to cancel the service and request a refund, as the server was never used for actual gameplay.
