Hey i bought a server of 8gb in bisecthosting witht he modpack biohazard: project genesis but 2 mods are automatically disabled which causes me and my friend to not be able to join the world. How do i fix this?

These mods are likely disabled as they cause crashing by default when they are enabling due to needing to be configured.
You can re-enable them by removing the ".disabled" part in the file name. You may need to add back voiceless survival manually if it is not in the mod files.

I can't do anything on my end to lift the IP ban. But you should be able to access it once the ban is over. There is a time listed on the ban for when it will expire.
If it bans you again, try contacting our support team via email (since you won't be able to access the ticket website)

yeah its because i dont know my second factor but i do know my backup code and its pretty annoying to keep entering a backup code and getting a new one which i have to save

You would need to make a new instance first. This can be done when you select a new modpack or version in the jar menu.

You can only run 1 modpack at once. When you swap instance, the other modpack will be saved as an instance that can be swapped back to at any time.
