That's not you - 502 is a serverside issue on their end. I'm also seeing it right now

they have a service status page it currently says up and running but we also know that isnt the complete truth im sitting here wondering whats going on

There is one, although since details about known outages are manually added, it can take a bit for a notice to be added to the page.
Sometimes a disruption like this takes less than 10 minutes and there isn't even enough time to put up a post😅
I'll ask if they're aware of any current issues!

Sorry, should have clarified - 'accurate' status page. Proper live monitors and traces could get you/them all of this more automated instead of requring only manual reports.

with all due respect why are my messages getting deleted for complaining about good money being spent for no support and i feel very unsecure now
They are aware and the devs are working on a fix! Hopefully should be back ASAP. If I get any updates I'll let you guys know

I deleted your message because I addressed the concern about it potentially being a DDoS attack being very unlikely and throwing around a cause you 'guessed' it would be with no actual information isn't helpful, it will just cause panic for other customers opening this thread, for no good reason.
It is completely fine to be frustrated and want things to work, I wont delete messages simply because somebody isn't satisfied with the service, don't worry :)
Like I said, the devs are working on it right now :)
