i recently bought a minecraft server for cobblelmon and i havent been able to access the controll panel to make my self op or restart the server is there anyway around this?

You get an email with the login to the control panel once the server is ready - or you can use your billing account to log into the control panel

it wont let me even get to the point of logging in it just says there is a network error

Try logging out of the panel and back in, it might be automatically logging in with old credentials (from an old/another account) which isn't the correct one for the server you're trying to access. Deleting the cache/cookies from the website etc could help, or logging in on a different browser that hasn't been used for the site before.
If none of those work, ticket staff can take a look.
