You get an email with the login to the control panel once the server is ready - or you can use your billing account to log into the control panel
it wont let me even get to the point of logging in it just says there is a network error
Could you show a screenshot of what you're looking at?
Try logging out of the panel and back in, it might be automatically logging in with old credentials (from an old/another account) which isn't the correct one for the server you're trying to access. Deleting the cache/cookies from the website etc could help, or logging in on a different browser that hasn't been used for the site before.
If none of those work, ticket staff can take a look.
