Hello!
So if you do the install it will over write the files since you don't have any remaining instance slots - however! If you go to your backups you can make a manual backup (assuming you're under the limit, worst comes to worst just make a backup of the world, server.properties, and configs since you can just reinstall the modpack) or you can highlight the folders you want with the checkboxes in the File Manager and choose "Download" to make a local copy!

What happens if I delete files, will Cursed Walking overwrite it and I safely download that modpack?
In the case I don't want the Crazy Craft server

Yep! It should* make a folder labelled as "old" with a bunch of numbers+letters afterward that would have your old files, but it's expected to delete them all if you choose the Delete Files to do your new modpack (:
