How do I add my files in a ticket. when i drag them in it says .jar isnt supported but thats the format the mods are in. also if i alsp had data packs could they add that too?

Don't upload the mods, make an export from your launcher and upload that.

I tried doing that from modrinth but it gave me a modrinth format file and when i uploaded it it said error

Thats what i did though. maybe im misunderstanding something. I went to modrimnth where my modpack is and exported it. I went to the ticket and dragged the file in. it then gave me an error

If it isn't attaching to the ticket, you can give the ticket staff the link to wherever you're sharing it with the other players, too.

when i export it, it says it opens as in modrinth app and not as an actual file. maybe that why
