The game servers are 1 server, 1 process.
You could use a VPS or Dedicated server and run as many as it will support.
Game servers are all a flat $3/GB, so it's not like there's an extra charge to get 5 servers at 5GB each vs. 1 server at 25GB and "divide" it.
