Hey! Highly likely the mod is disabled, as they come that way in the server packs. Go into your File Manager -> mods folder, then use the search bar for "voice".
If you see "voicechat" with .disabled at the end of it, right click the mod, rename, and then remove the .disabled at the end! Restart the server and you'd be good to go!

Please send some logs over so we can help resolve your issue. To access logs on your Minecraft server, please navigate to your server panel's File Manager and take the following path:
1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.
The latest log is at the bottom and will just be called 'latest.log'

Your server is neoforge and you installed Voicechat (and other mods) for fabric so they won't work

the problem is form the port
the mod is active in game
not the port
exemple waystones is working, camera too

Voice chat is available for neoforge though, why try and make the Fabric version work

This is the only thing the log is saying about voice chat, so it's not actually setting up the mod with the port.
