I'm looking to host a Path of Titans server but I'm unable to open the control panel at the moment.

Try logging out of the panel and back in, if that doesn't work try an incognito tab or different browser.
If it still fails, ticket staff can help!

No worries!
Sometimes if you've had a different account with Bisect before (to help out a friend or just a really old one) the browser will try to automatically log into that account instead of the one that actually has your current server on it and it'll show that message. A different browser might not have those details saved and log in with the correct account.
