If you can't find the server number you can just leave that blank.

They're pretty fast, but they're also as async as you need them to be.

Yeah they'll reply in under 15, but if you need to run to get something done the ticket will stay open no problem

can i please get someone on vc? even the support ticket is telling me i need to do more stuff......but idk what to even do. like no ose is helping me to firgure things out. "you need to do this", then doesnt proceed to help me do that thing i already said i dont know how to do,,,,,,,im so frustrated rn

People dont really do VC help here. If its something thats needs to be done on your server, im sure staff can do it for you if you explain youre not sure how to do it yourself, but if you need to add things client side (on your PC) sadly there's not much they can do besides walk you through the steps im afraid

It doesn't send a code - it uses a 2FA app.

Then play vanilla? Or create a control panel account for the friend who is demanding Cobblemon and let them set it up?

Or use a published Cobblemon modpack that is in the Minecraft Jar menu so there's no work to setup the specific mods.
