i tried modded but it said the same thing so i came to vanilla

Yeah if you want to run anything modded it'll also need to be installed on the server, you can't join a vanilla minecraft server with a modpack on your client

no no i know i sapped from modded 10 to vanilla came off curse forge and swapped over to vanilla
everything is vanilla now 😁

Make sure to refresh the page from time to time, it doesn't automatically update the page when you get a reply. You should also get an email notification when they reply!

Remember where you found the 'installed' bit? If you click swap jar you should be able to find the modpack you want to use

You don't play with curseforge in that way, curseforge doesn't load the mods on the server.
If you want to use your own mods and not a premade modpack, youll have to install plain Forge/Fabric in the right version depending on what mods you pick, and then you'll have to upload the mods manually
