Cancel server

This is my last attempt. I’ve been trying to cancel my server since last month because my friends and I stopped using it. Now, I can’t even access my account.

Like any normal person, I tried sending an email to reset my password. It then asked for my security question — but it doesn’t work, even though I know the answer because I wrote it down. It’s fine, maybe I made a typing error, it happens. So I tried opening a ticket on their platform with customer service. Joke’s on me: I actually need to be logged in to ask for help.

I don’t know what else to do. My next step will be to call my bank and report the charges as fraudulent.

You can also contact staff through the support chat on the main website for account recovery! But the email works as well :)

Fair warning: don’t randomly have your bank mark something as fraudulent. That will get you a ban from most payment processors and good luck trying to purchase anything online if you’ve been banned from payment processors
