When asking for assistance in Discord, it's best to provide as many details as possible. Please include information such as what is running on your server, errors in the console, logs, any recent changes, etc.
If you are not familiar with any of that, it's best to create a support ticket. Once you create a support ticket, our staff will be able to take a look at your server and see what's going on. You can create a support ticket at any time at https://bisecthosting.com/support

Please send some logs over so we can help resolve your issue. To access logs on your Minecraft server, please navigate to your server panel's File Manager and take the following path:
1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.
(Do not send over any logs ending in .gz or we will not be able to assist you)
If your server is in a crash state (the server stops itself), please also attach a crash report, which can be found at the following path:
1. Open your server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'crash-reports' Folder
3. Select the latest crash report by date/time and send it over Discord to this channel.
These files are required for debugging so, please send them over before requesting further assistance. No assistance can be provided without the files. If you have any questions about how to find these files, please take a look here: https://www.bisecthosting.com/clients/index.php?rp=/knowledgebase/136/How-to-find-and-view-Minecraft-server-logs-and-crash-reports.html
