ticket problem

Hello, when i try to make a reply to my ticket it's just giving me this error and im not sure what to do now

Reply back to the email copy of the ticket instead of using the web form.

Let them know you hit this so they can investigate - it's a known issue but knowing how many users are hitting it is helpful.

I've noticed 2 people day. And upon looking at their profiles they both appear to be from the same country.

Yeah, it could definitely be regional. As Bisect collects the info they'll figure it out.
