hi there, i'm having a lot of problems with the bisect hosting front end, i could not make a backup, it just stoppend giving an error (not related to my minecraft server) and it was taking a while, even tough my server is not very large. I'm sorry to say that i expected a better service, and i would like to cancel my bisect hosting plan, but i started my plan just two days ago. I would like to know if i could get a refund, because i started having problems with the front-end at the first day, and i really need the ability to easily make backups, and bisect hosting doesn't satisfy my necessities. you should be able to get a refund within a 3 day period, make a ticket to staff and they will get you sorted
