I have the same question and want to know where the human chat room window went
y its gone since today right?
y i was awaiting an answer that i probably got and now i cant see it
I was just using it to chat with customer support, but after restarting my device, it disappeared.
Our systems were swapped to using Zendesk for support! Any past chats you guys had can still be replied to via your email, alternatively you can create a fresh ticket and we can go reference the old support query 🙂

Yesterday, we launched our new support system, which now focuses primarily on ticket-based support. While it may feel a bit different from the chat widget you’re used to, our response time goals haven’t changed, and you’ll continue to receive the same fast, 24/7 support you’ve come to expect!
Guys just click on "my tickets" at the top right, and then "new request" on the next screen.

y i already sayd in the ticket itd be nice if you could note that on the Website that its new 🙂
That's something we're hoping to push out soon in an email/blog/panel post. I apologize that we didn't have that out there today but we definitely want to make sure we don't leave folks in the dark on how to use the new system.
