I just attempted to log into my account, forgot my password and after attempting a password reset i'm prompted to answer a security question i don't remember setting up.
Essentially i am locked out of my account - meaning i can't even create a support ticket for this.
What do i do?

also you might not have forgotten you password, but you're using the wrong one
the billing panel https://bisecthosting.com/ has a different login than the control panel https://games.bisecthosting.com/
you have 2 different accounts, done for security so if one gets leaked the other one is still secure
