i just bought a preloaded BMC4 mc server and during the setup process it says "your server will be ready soon, please try refreshing in a few minutes." after 30 mins it says to try again later. what could be going on?

Hi! Unfortunately this is most likely related to the current AWS outage as it seems to be affecting our installer, I'm very sorry about that. Once the outage has been resolved you should be able to restart the installation, or reach out to us in a Support chat and we'll get that fixed up for you!

Thanks. So yea, currently the installs are broken while AWS servers are down.

Until Amazon fixes their services, it's unfortunately out of our hands.

I've been unable to do this for you so far unfortunately. It looks like AWS has rolled out a fix so things should start coming back up soon hopefully!
