You need to use the matching version of Prominence 2. Prom2 Fabric and Prom2 Forge are effectively different modpacks.

i mean its fabric Prom, and we are using the modloader fabric 1.20.1 but its still not working

Both sides have to be the same version of the modpack.

Not just fabric, the entire modpack.

Choosing "Fabric 1.20.1" for the server won't have the mods, configs, etc.

i did also add mods into the mod pack will it still be okay?

That's on you to troubleshoot or go into details on.

the mod works with them

but the server we bought is infinite loading so im confused

I can't say "yes, punctuation mark, the mods you added will be perfectly fine" without testing them.

no i tested the pack with the mods

it works but the server doesnt so im not sure what it is

Locally. Obviously not yet on the server, if it hasn't started up.

But I'm off to bed. Check the console and logs to see what's happening that the server is infinitely loading, and I'm sure someone else will be around to help. 🙂
