Keep in mind you have 2 separate accounts, one for billing (+support tickets) and one for the control panel. Make sure you're using the right one.
The one for support/billing you created when you bought the server. The one for the control panel was later emailed to you
For voice chat, make sure in the mods folder that it doenst have .disabled or .d at the end. After that, follow the steps of the article below:

Yes, if it has '' .disabled " after it it is in fact, disabled
so youll have to remove that for it to work

but even so, it asks me to log into my account and it still says its wrong, then it asks me for a secruity question if i want to reset it, but says its wrong

If you open the support that and click 'sales' (which doesnt require you to login) they can help you recover your account!

Yeah it wont try to troubleshoot, its just to get through the first few options and get connected with a support agent!
