So earlier today i got error and it disconected me from the server. Since restart server is in "starting" phase. It has been 5 hours and nothing happened. I cannot click "stop" nor "restart" and not "reinstall". Does anyone know what is happenning? I dont want to lose my savegame since i dont have access to download it.

!ticket if it's been 5 hours a ticket is long overdue as the team might need to poke it with a stick to make it behave again, they can also access your save to recover if need be

they're available 24/7 and the response time depends on the ticket load but generally around 5min

I contacted support on site and after 2 hours nothing happened

They just said i need to wait and i have been waiting for hours and nothing happened.. I am getting little impatient since I dont want to lose savegame and i want to play

Have you responded since to tell them nothing happened after waiting?

If their advice doesn't work, they'll need to be told, so they can look into it further

Sounds like they're looking into the issue then, sometimes issues have to be put through to the level 2 support and they aren't on shift 24/7 or are still working on other issues.

I'm not sure what you mean? If something can be resolved by 'poking it with a stick', support staff would. Seems like your issue currently requires more than that to fix it.

This is from the image for the new update still being downloaded - nothing its doing will affect your save data as thats a seperate part of how the server runs. As of now, its a known issue some machines are taking a long time to get the latest build fully downloaded; but it will finish in time

Our devs are looking into this to see whats going on, though until a fix is out best bet is just patience as Docker pulls it. I do apologize for the delays though

Are you talking about this download or update or whatever? So first half downloaded in 10 min but the other one didnt in 3 hours?

Yup! Our devs just pushed a fix which should make sure it goes through all the way, but it'll take about an hour to hit every machine

and technically not (on the 1/2 downloaded in 10min; the other didnt in 3 hours) ~ Essentially the download was taking so long the panel went well.. this must be broken, clearly and decided to restart itself incorrectly
