I have had an account for about a year and recently decided to buy another server. When i attempted to add another server to the account, bisecthosting logged me out and sent me to the "create account" page. I thought this meant i needed a different gmail associated to a different server so i created another account and made the server. After realizing it should be only on one account, i contacted support (Hunter) who deleted my account and told me he was merging the two accounts into my original account for bisecthosting.
Hours of support later, he let me know my new account was deleted and merged to my OG bisecthosting account. Now when I login, the password staff emailed me doesn't login and forgot password recognizes my emails but doesn't send password resets. Staff won't message me back especially in email. Please help.
