I don't know anything about Ark servers, but this chunk of the log makes me think there is something amiss with how files on the server are arranged (like maybe the "name" of the server does not match the "server"-named folder, if it has such a thing):

Also, please remove that file you posted. It appears to reveal passwords on your server.

so i reinstalled the hwole server didnt changhe any setting sthis timem and now when we try it just says unable to join query info

Well that log says the server can't find things and refuses to stay running.

it now runs and is online but no one can join and i cant seem to join it neither can my friends

You can either wait for some other server owner who knows stuff about Ark to come comment here, or you can open a ticket with Bisect hosting and get a tech involved.

Oh also

Make sure you have preaquatica

  1. Right click "Ark Survival Evolved" on Steam
  2. Select "Properties"
  3. Select "Betas"
  4. Check the dropdown is set to "preaquatica"

if i change settings then reload the server should it have the new settings or do i have to clear the save and reset the world as i changed settings but the values are still the orginal even afte rstopping and starting

Might be a permission error on the file or wrong syntax

and yes you do need to restart the server.
