Recently I have encountered an issue where I frequently have major latency spikes (every 5 - 10 minutes) during gameplay and subsequently lag out of my Minecraft Forge server. It takes around 30 seconds to a minute before I can reconnect. During these lag spikes I also lose access to the server dashboard on the BisectHosting website, getting an error along the lines of "We are having trouble connecting to the server". Of course this would lead one to think that my internet connection is unstable, but during these outages my connection to other applications like Discord and YouTube remain solid. I have also not experienced any latency or lag issues in any other online games. I Originally I thought this might be due to insufficient ram allocated to the server so I purchased an upgrade, but this did nothing to help the issue. My friends have no connection issues whatsoever when playing on the same server.

If the server and the panel go out, definitely shoot in a ticket. That really sounds like a backend issue, maybe a node with hardware problems
