i think myabe curseforge is using the bmc5 mods while my server already have bmc5 mods

I think your should reach out to the curseforge discord for help on this, if curesforge is the issue then there isn't much we can do here especially if its shutting down your pc, even more if its a underlying pc issue that is causing this

The way modded works in minecraft is that you need the modpack on your PC as well

then from there, it should detect minecraft as a game installed on your PC. You can install BMC5 there and play
