the end of that log shows you want to typ in console to make the server start. the mod(s) you removed had either world gen or cratable blocks that could be placed. so a confirm is required

if you get frustrated this easily please use the ticket staff. theyre better suited to this and will have direct access toyour server so won't need to ask you for things at every step of the way.
