the mods I'm putting into my server aren't working, they are crashing my server before it can start. i can play all the mods together in a normal Minecraft world on single player but in the server is crashes. the server has enough ram and CPU as well and it just crash's before it can even start.

Please send some logs over so we can help resolve your issue. To access logs on your Minecraft server, please navigate to your server panel's File Manager and take the following path:
1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.
It’s very likely you put some client side only mod on the server. Those fail to load on servers and crash it

You installed the wrong version of the citadel mod
As you can see ice and fire did not find a correct version of citadel, and right below it citadel requires a higher Java version
You’re running a 1.20 server but it seems you installed the 1.20.1 version of the mods
