I can only answer your first question, there should be a schedule section for you to customise this, i am on my phone so i cant really provide any directions at the moment. Oh and yea you did the thread correctly, this discord is ran by the community so if you wanted official support you would need to make a ticket

Restarts for MC can be done via the scheduled task tab - Palworld has this automatically set to run every 3-4hours due to its RAM usage though you can request our staff turn it off, then you can use your own via the Scheduled Tasks

For Java theres a ton of mods/bots that link to discord (as well as plugins) though if you mean ingame you'd have to do some digging; depends exactly what you mean by "more visible" ~ For Palworld the only thing really is a mod, though I couldn't find any that made the Broadcast messages any bigger; their discord may be best

nearly everything you can do in the schedules is on that screen
if you know you are resetting your server every 4 hours, you can schedule in a series of say commands like at 3 hours 30 minutes "say server restarting in 30 minutes", and then at 3 hours 45 minutes "say server restarting in 15 minutes", etc.
by default the schedule is already setup like that
so if you've deleted the schedule, just reset the schedule to default, then modify it for your needs.

Yeah you’d want to reach out to support requesting to disable our auto restarts for the Palworld one; then setup your own to have full control
