#I cannot access my account online.

I'm trying to log in and take care of some stuff and I'm able to check and do stuff to my server, but when it comes to the billing side of the website it is continuously giving me a "Login Details Incorrect. Please try again." I go to reset the password and it gives me a security question I know the answer to and it tells me that: "The security question answer you entered does not match the answer set in your account."

I also have an authenticator set up on the account as well, which is what I thought was was going to be used to access it.

Can I please get some help on this?

They're 2 different accounts, so make sure you're using the right login (the login for the control panel won't work there)

The Authenticator code only comes into play when you succesfully login - as a second security measure besides getting the password correct

The security question is for recovering the password. If you can't recover your password that way, contact support through the chat on the website and click "Sales", they can help you recover your account!

The billing account login is made by you when you first purchase the server, the control panel login info is later emailed to you. People mix them up all the time, so keep that in mind! :)

Alright. I was able to get into my account. You were right. Kept trying to use the password for the panel and not the password for the actual account, Thanks a bunch!

I did have one more question though, before all that happened. Would I lose all access to the server if i had to suspend payments do to extenuating real-life circumstances? Or would I be able to re-start it once everything stabilizes?
