10 days ago Bisect had widespread downtime for maintenance. Ever since then my server has been completely inaccessible due to, "an issue impacting the node". I've reached out to support on multiple occasions for an update but I keep getting told there's no new information about what's going on. Honestly, other than getting the server back ofc, I just wanna know if something is actively happening to resolve the issue or if we're in a queue. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Could you send a screenshot of your exchange with staff? (obviously making sure theres no personal info in the messages), i can ask staff about it!
(they just need a snippet of the support chat to be able to look up what im talking about)
10 days is...basically unheard of and i haven't heard of anyones servers being down at the moment, let alone for that long!
