Cant find how to modify Geyser/Floodgate config

I didn't realize BH had updated their control panel UI until creating a new server for a yearly event I host with friends, so Im used to the old UI. Im trying to modify the Geyser/Floodgate settings so I can adjust the port for Bedrock users. However, I can not seem to find any related config file to modify. I have searched across various sources trying to find a solution, with the most often suggested method is "open the [Geyser/Floodgate] folder and modify it's config file." None of the plugins I've installed have separate config files. I'm not sure where to go from here. Thank you in advance.

Edit: I have had the server start and stop multiple times since adding the plugins. Apparently this is supposed to create config folders, which I do not have or can not find.

Switched my server to Paper and got everything working fine. Before I was using Fabric, is there a way to get Geyser working with this modloader?

You have to use the Fabric version of Geyser and Floodgate.

And Fabric mods all go in the mods folder - Fabric ignores the plugins folder because it doesn't run plugins.

Gotcha, thank you! I did have the fabric versions, did not know they needed to go in the mod folder
