#How do I add mods & plugins to my server? ‼‼

I created a mods folder in files bc there wasn’t any at first. Then I uploaded the mods I downloaded then I started my server. The server is showing the mods. And same goes for plugins. I install a plugin from the bistect site and still doesn’t show in server

The mods I uploaded where waystones, biomesoplenty, serene seasons and jade

Neither worked.

Mods or plugins - pick one.

Forge, NeoForge, Fabric, and Quilt don't know what a plugin is.

Spigot, Paper, and their ilk don't know what a mod is.

And plain Mojang Minecraft doesn't know what either is.

So how do I make the mods work?
