Due to the nature of servers, this can happen due to dozens of reasons. When asking for assistance in Discord, it's best to provide as many details as possible—providing information such as what is running on your server, errors in the console, logs, any recent changes, etc.

It could be one of the mods needs to be reconfigured or just isn’t compatible for whatever reason. Next time you try to launch the server, read thru the log and try to identify what mod is making yours crash. For me it was the sophisticated backpacks mod on forge. Once I deleted it from the mods folder, my server started right up.
If that doesn’t work, you’re more than likely going to have to send the support team a link to the logs. They’re super helpful. After all, you are paying for a service. I had an issue and they had it solved for me in 10 mins.
