Tickets are part of the billing panel (bisecthosting.com) and use a different login from the control panel (games.bisecthosting.com)

so if you copy the login you use for games.bisecthosting.com then ofc it won't work as that's the wrong account

it's quite a logical system if you think about it. The reason is that they are for completely separate purposes. The control panel doesn't contain private info and just controls the server. Billing panel is there for payment, invoices etc and contains all your sensitive info. This way it's completely isolated. In case anyone manages to get your login for the control panel, they can't access your private info
It also means if you give someone their own account for the control panel (don't share your passwords ever) they can't access your billing info either as it's separated and would require you to add them specifically to billing as well
