#Server lagging very frequently

employees do not help out here as we cannot verify ownership of a server here
could you please explain why you can't submit a ticket?
When i click Support > Contact Support, it leads my to a "Text Chat" and it only allows me to message a specific employee, there is no chatbot.etc
bisect does not work with bots. That's not proper support
the chat box is the ticket system
just type a message which will go to whatever employee is on shift at that time and they will answer
it will not go to any specific employee unless someone sends it specifically to them

if you're not allowed it will tell you
that's just the name of the employee who last responded
if you send a new reply and they're not there anymore, it'll go to the next available agent

whilst we also recommend to keep it as a single message, if it's been a very long time without any reply, giving a single message asking for an update can sometimes actually help
as it could end up in an inbox of a specific person and they aren't on shift anymore, sending a reply will kick it back to the normal inbox
im a little slow sometimes, and I just want to verify
just keep in mind it's easter holiday and they have less staff. So responses are a bit slower than usual

AFAIK it would've been closed by now and prompt you to make a new chat, so i'm slightly in doubt of what's going on there

How to provide a Spark sampler.
- Stop your server.
- Download Spark: https://modrinth.com/mod/spark/versions
- Upload the mod to your server:
Filemanager > mods (for modded servers)
or Filemanager > plugins (for plugin based servers)
(Just drag & drop the file) - Start the server.
- Use the command /spark profiler --only-ticks-over 70
- Wait 10-15 minutes.
- Use the command /spark profiler stop
- Copy the link it generates and paste it here.

yeah they confirmed it's fine if you send a reply like that so it'll end up with support. Once you got that profile ready from spark send it to the chat
just make sure to run the profiler as your server is encoutering lag. It needs to actually record the issue

Heads up, they are a little short staffed with today with the holiday. Reply times on the support messages are a little longer than normal. If you've got a message in, they'll get to it ASAP 🙂
