you said you messed with op level, but that really doesn't matter. You shouldn't need to touch that
but did you op yourself?
if you don't have OP, you can't use OP commands. The OP level just says what commands people with OP can do
the way minecraft built in comands work is they say unknown command when you aren't allowd to use it
it's just some security thing to stop people from trying all kinds of commands
