How to provide a Spark sampler.

Stop your server.
Download Spark: https://modrinth.com/mod/spark/versions
Upload the mod to your server:
Filemanager > mods (for modded servers)
or Filemanager > plugins (for plugin based servers)
(Just drag & drop the file)
Start the server.
Use the command /spark profiler --only-ticks-over 70
Wait 10-15 minutes.
Use the command /spark profiler stop
Copy the link it generates and paste it here.

I'm not a Spark expert, but that looks fairly normal. Did you make the problem happen ("whenever I go to my base") while the profiler was running?

Theres defo some drops, but the largest of use threads is the "Im waiting for something to do" bit

So nothing inherently wrong, would rec trying to run it whilst the lag is going on
