I pay for a vintage story server and one of my friends keeps disconnecting almost immediately after joining the server. I have four other friends in this server who are connecting just fine and I am pretty sure that it’s on his side, but I don’t know what the issue is specifically.

Heya @pearl latch! Sorry to hear that your friend is encountering this issue. Has your friend had a chance to power cycle their modem and router, then restart their PC?

yes they said that they've reset there router several times at this point

Does your friend get any error messages when they attempt to connect to the server?

no, he connects into the server then loads in we see the "say hi" message tellling us hes in the server. then he disconnects seconds later
