Thanks , looks like I’m in the right spot but it keeps on asking me to login even though I’m already logged in

like it’s asking me to login again even though I’m logged in , and when I go to put my information in it said wrong credentials

I tried resetting password and the email doesint come to my inbox

You're probably logged in on games.bisecthosting.com, that's the CONTROL panel. For cancelling the server, you're going to the main site bisecthosting.com. This is the BILLING panel and is a completely different and separated account
