Oh you mentioned you don’t have access.
The billing panel is what controls tickets. It’s a completely different account from the control panel account (what is on your screenshot). You need to use that to log in. If that’s lost you’ll first need to ask staff to help recover it (and then store the login info somewhere safe so it doesn’t happen again) and then request help with the not connecting server

Billing panel means you can log in on the main site https://bisecthosting.com/. it allows you to see the private info line full name and address, along with invoices and payment info. Hence why it’s locked behind a separate account
Giving control panel access to games.bisecthosting.com gives no access to the billing panel as its a lot more info that you want to be careful with

As I mentioned. It’s a separate account. Your account for games.bisecthosting.com will NOT work. Your friend has to either send a ticket himself, or specifically give you a billing panel account (don’t share passwords make a sub user)

If he doesn’t, then you’re out of luck. Nothing you can do. This is only fixable by staff and thus only done through the billing panel
