Cant login for some reason, I need to cancel my billing plan help

Hey, so I've purchased a server, and things went fine. I could only login through the email the hosting has sent me. I changed my password through the server management website and everything, it still didn't work. I tried to reset my password but got stuck on the security question that I did remember but the website is saying its wrong. I couldn't make a website ticket because it requires a login. Help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
