Please send some logs over so we can help resolve your issue. To access logs on your Minecraft server, please navigate to your server panel's File Manager and take the following path:
1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.

Been waiting for support to contact me for over 20mins.
The latest.log for me is outdated. Nothing past 2 hours ago.
So idk.
support times last night where 1-2h not sure about now
They have a bunch of support staff in training to get the response times down again.
I miss the old ticket system. The live chat window this is eh.
I think it might be an actual server issue. Like my server's in NJ, US if I recall correctly.

Just to throw some info out here, while staff adjusting to the new support system accounts for some of the longer replies, a majority of the issue has been understaffing right now.
As Ceridwen already mentioned, they intend to bring the reply times back down once they get the new support staffed all trained up.
As for your error, this is something you'll need to wait for the support staff to help with if it doesn't clear up on its own.
